韩国金属综合网株式会社 (Metal Network Korea Company) 于1992年7月成立，通过与日本国（社）新日本铸锻造热处理协会发行的月刊[铸锻造&热处理]合作，1992年11月创建月刊[铸锻造&热处理]，在当时是韩国唯一的金属行业商业媒体（金属）杂志。2000年，随着知识情报化社会化,通过internet与Magazine 同时运营的 On-Line和Off-Line，同时把杂志名称，由月刊[铸锻造&热处理]变更为月刊[MetalNet Korea]，杂志社已有11年的发行历史。
而且，1993年开始与韩国专门举办展览的企业合作并且参加韩国COEX第1次铸造，锻造，热处理&工业炉 产业展览会。2000年开始，为了以世界化为目的，该项展览的名称变更为THERMO PROCESS EXPO KOREA 2004。2004年10月27日~10月30日为止举行过2届，1993年开始主持展览会以来总共开办过7次金属展览会。
韩国金属综合网株式会社 (Metal Network Korea Company)为了和中国的有关杂志社和展览主办单位一起把中国生产的制品在韩国进行宣传，并且在贸易等有关业务进行进一步的合作，特设立北京事务所及代表部，上海运营联络事务所。
2000年9月29日 通过与中国机械工业出版社 月刊机械工人（热加工/冷加工），铸造杂志社月刊铸造 战略协同,在月刊机械工人与月刊[Metalnet Korea]上刊登相互交换广告。
韩国国际冶金,铸造,锻造,有色金属,热处理,工业炉,耐火物,表面处理产业设备展览会 热处理 产业和 热处理 联系技术和各种各样的工业熔炉, 和归纳熔炉, 并且 耐火材料(蜡烛高温陶瓷, SiC, 铝土锆石 耐火 绝缘材料), 加热器(MoSi2 、Sic 加热器和 Ni+Cr 加热器), 金属表面控制, 是一个做工业设备和产业设备辅助材料的韩国唯一热处理&金属展览会。
